Born in Mexico City. Studied at the prestigious
Academy of San Carlos in Mexico City. Since 1987 Felipe has focused
in his work on the documentation of art and architecture in Europe
and the Americas, with a special focus on the colonial period
in Mexico.
His photographs have appeared in several books and articles, including
those published by UNAM: the National University of Mexico, as
well as in photographic exhibits in Mexico City.
A select exhibit of his work is planned for 2010 in Durham, NC.
